[Part 1 of 3] 3 Ways to Find NEW High Ticket Clients
I know Halloween has come and gone, but let’s talk about zombies!
“Umm, Heather, I thought this was about finding new high ticket clients?”
It is! I promise!
I’m not talking about the undead.
I call the people who are not visibly engaged but who are watching zombies.
They’re watching everything you do (on social media, reading your emails etc.), but they aren’t quite living, breathing prospects.
For example, over 1/2 the members of our group The High Ticket Selling Lab are engaged each and every week, yet probably only 10% of people are visibly engaged (reacting, commenting etc.).
Sure, there are some analytical tools out there, but it’s not as if you’d be able to tell exactly who is watching and who isn’t if they haven’t liked, commented, or shared…
We’ve found that a really great way to wake up these zombies and actively engage them is to host a group call for our community.
Now, let me just preface this by saying that you don’t have to have a Facebook group to do this. You can invite people anywhere to such a thing — create an ad, send out direct mail, post it to your personal feeds — then watch the zombies come alive!
A group call runs like this:
Essentially, whoever would like to come to chat about a particular topic is invited.
Leave out the ones who you know are leeches of your time if possible… there needs to be enough of you to go around!
Your topic should be one that your leads would be genuinely interested in and thinking about. What they think they need… not necessarily what you actually know they need (you can lead them to that during the call).
On the call, you host a discussion. Field questions Q&A style to show off your expertise and help them out in a genuine way.
Then, at the end of the call, invite them to do a 1-on-1 call with you (if they’re open to it) to help them implement some of the things that were discussed on the call.
The 1-on-1 call will end with an invitation to learn more about what it looks like to work with you.
The reason the group call is so powerful is because:
- It’s non-threatening. There’s no sales pitch involved in the group call and, if you host them regularly, they can come to as many as they’d like until they’re ready to explore more.
- It’s engaging. Far more so than a webinar that they’ll likely play in the background while working on other things. It will also make your list much more responsive going forward and will help to continually build your community.
- It’s easy to do. There’s no preparation or funnel pages to build. Simply send invitees a Zoom Room link and show up. Since you’re already an expert in what you do, fielding the questions is easy, and when you go off the cuff, it really shows you know what you’re doing, which builds trust and authority.
Keep doing the group calls consistently within your community (we like doing one each month on the same day/time), and you’ll start getting those high ticket clients I promised at the start of this post!
